Its duration for warranty claims is 1 year from the date of delivery, and based on the Civil Code, a liability claim for defects can be asserted, the duration of which is 2 years from the date of delivery.
Both the mandatory warranty and the liability for defects apply to product defects that occurred during production, assembly, or due to hidden defects in the original parts.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use.
